DECLARATION OF SURPLUS LAND
AND
NOTICE OF PROPOSED SALE
INDUSTRIAL PARK


Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Petawawa at its meeting to be held on Monday January 19, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. at the Municipal Office, 1111 Victoria Street, Petawawa,will consider the following:


1. A declaration that certain lands in the Town of Petawawa, being Part of Lots 22 and 23, Concession 5 and more particularly described as Part 2 on Registered Reference Plan 49R-19365, being a portion of the Town of Petawawa Industrial Park, be declared surplus.


2. The proposed sale of a parcel of land, having a 62.18 m frontage on Industrial Avenue and an area of 1.11 ha (2.74 acres). The lands are currently zoned General Industrial - Exception Five (GM-E5).
