NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PASS A BY-LAW
TO CHANGE THE NAME OF A PRIVATE ROAD

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Petawawa at its meeting to be held on Monday January 19, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. at the Municipal Office, 1111 Victoria Street, Petawawa, will consider passing a by-law to change the name of “Warpath Beach” to “Warpath Trail” to fulfill obligations in a Minutes of Settlement issued by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
