RFQ PW-18-2025 Communications Maintenance Services Agreement

Award

Following the close of Quotations on September 16, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. and subsequent review of bids received, the Town of Petawawa awarded RFQ PW-18-2025, Communications Maintenance Services Agreement, to Frontline Communications on October 15, 2025 in the amount of $20,000 plus HST for Year 1 of the three year service contract.

Background

The RFQ was issued on September 2, 2025 and advertised on the Town's website, Facebook, and Instagram pages. Eight (8) firms requested RFQ packages and two (2) firms submitted quotations on the closing date of September 16, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.

The quotation from BearCom Canada Corp. was rejected as not all deliverables were provided.
